Whimsea House is a feast of locally made mahagony furniture, tiled floors, ceiling fans, hurricane lamps, hanging lanterns and screened- in wooden louvered windows all adding to the local ambience. There is an outdoor area for dining and relaxation; furnished with teak and sea grass pieces.
Living Area
The main floor consist of cathedral ceiling with lightly pickled beams, ceiling fans with lights, locally made mahagony chairs, handcraftedcabinets and book shelves, large mahagony opium table, tiled floors with cotton rag rugs and opens to a covered gallery, an 8' X 12' plunge pool and sunning deck. There are amazing views, unusual artwork, local pottery and natural objects to delight eye.
Kitchen/Dining Area:
The open kitchen consist of equipment for cooking with coffeemaker, blender, oaster, microwave, gas range and oven, refrigerator/freezer. The dining table can seat up to 6 people and the kitchen counter seats 3 more on rattan stools. The large pantry is adjacent to the kitchen and has a washer/dryer, iron and ironing board.
Gallery
The outdoor gallery is covered and railed and has a teak dining table that seats 8 people, with comfortable seating for 4 on the cushioned seagrass loveseat and chairs. The stunning area has 4 teak steamer chairs and an 8' X 12 " infinty edge plunge pool.

Late check out policy:
- Subject to availability.

Cancellation Policy:
- Over 90 days prior to confirmed arrival: 10% of total rent.
- Between 89-60 days prior to confirmed arrival: 25% of total rent.
- Between 59-30 days prior to confirmed arrival: 50% of total rent.
- Within 29 days of confirmed arrival: 100% of total rent.
- If the house is rebooked for the same period after a cancellation notice is received, only 10% charge is levied.
- There is a 50% deposit required to secure your booking. Final payment balance including security deposit of $USD200.00 is due 30 days before arrival.
- Over 90 days prior to confirmed arrival: 10% of total rent.
- Between 89-60 days prior to confirmed arrival: 25% of total rent.
- Between 59-30 days prior to confirmed arrival: 50% of total rent.
- Within 29 days of confirmed arrival: 100% of total rent.
