Very well fitted kitchen with gas cooker, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, coffee machine and blender. Extensive verandah, which acts as a second living room with various sofas, a lounger and also a hammock.

Cancellation Policy
If notice of cancellation is recieved prior to 30 days of arrival, deposit will be held for future rental date. If less than 30 days, deposit will be forfeited.
Deposits and Payments
The villa is confirmed on receipt of a deposit of 50% of the rental. The remainder of the rental must be received 30 days prior to arrival or the reservation is cancelled and the deposit forfeited.
Payment may be made by Visa or MasterCard.
