Tamarind Tor sits on one and a half acres and affords a panoramic view of the two mile wide passage between Nevis and her sister island of St.Kitts in the Leeward Islands. The fully furnished house has two bedrooms (sleeps 4),2 baths, an open plan living/ dining room, fully equipped kitchen, attached laundry building with washing machine, and a garage.
The spacious veranda, accessible from both the living room and master bedroom, overlooks the flower garden and the ocean in the front, while the side deck offers an ideal spot for sunbathing or watching the evening sun sink into the sea. Fill the veranda bird feeders with local sugar, and you will be rewarded with colorful birds from sunrise till sunset.

Cancellation Policy
- If notice of cancellation is recieved prior to 30 days of arrival, deposit will be held for future rental date.
- If less than 30 days, deposit will be forfeited.
Deposits and Payments
The villa is confirmed on receipt of a deposit of 50% of the rental. The remainder of the rental must be received 30 days prior to arrival or the reservation is cancelled and the deposit forfeited.
Payment may be made by Visa or MasterCard.
