There is also a lovely fenced swimming pool that accompanies the house. There are fabulous views over the sea, the sunset and the neighbouring island of St. Kitts.

Pelican Point is a ½ mile radius, there are 4 restaurants providing a varied selection of cuisine and ambience:

Pelican Point is only 10 minutes from the Airport and 15 minutes from Charlestown.

Cancellation Policy

- If notice of cancellation is recieved prior to 30 days of arrival, deposit will be held for future rental date.
- If less than 30 days, deposit will be forfeited.

Deposits and Payments

The villa is confirmed on receipt of a deposit of 50% of the rental. The remainder of the rental must be received 30 days prior to arrival or the reservation is cancelled and the deposit forfeited.

Payment may be made by Visa or MasterCard.
