The Cooperage Restaurant at the Manor has earned a great reputation for fine food served with the quiet elegance of yesteryear. Our award winning Head Chef uses the freshest ingredients to create a wonderful fusion of International and Caribbean gourmet cuisine for your delight.

Enjoy your breakfast or lunch on our breezy terrace with panoramic views of the Caribbean sea and the neighbouring islands in the distance. We provide special Spa services in the comfort oif your own room.

We have a separate conference room and welcome small corporate retreats and business meetings. The Manor can assist with any desired activities while you are in Nevis. They can be arranged and scheduled by our front office, including: Golf, Nature Trails, Deep Sea Fishing, Water Sports, Excursions, Day Sailing, Rain Forest Hike, Gym and Fitness

Children ages of 2-12 is charged USD 50 in room during the high season.

Children ages 2-12 is charged USD 35 in room for the rest of the year.

The cancellation period for reservations from December 15th until April 14th is four weeks, and for the rest of the year is two weeks.

For arrivals between December 22nd and December 31st 2006 there is a seven day minimum stay and a six week cancellation period.
