Automatic Upgrade: When you stay 3 nights or more, you will receive an automatic and complimentary meal plan upgrade. Now, for what used to be the "Breakfast Only" rate, each Nisbet guest will receive a full breakfast served daily at our outdoor beach restaurant, plus afternoon tea and a gourmet dinner nightly at the Great House.

MAP Dining Plan Includes: a full Breakfast, Afternoon Tea and Gourmet Dinner. Note: lunch may be substituted for dinner on the MAP plan. Because the MAP upgrade is completely complimentary when you stay 3 nights or more - as in FREE - we cannot offer any discount or credit for meals not taken. Single rates, additional person and children rates are available upon request.

All room rates are equivalent to US currency and subject to the usual 10% service charge and 9% Government Tax.

Included in room rates are local phone service and postage to send postcards to friends and relatives. FOR THE HOLIDAY RATES FROM DEC 20 - JAN 02 INCLUDES MAP PLAN FOR MEALS 7 NIGHT STAY IS ALSO REQUIRED FOR THE HOLIDAY RATES. BP (Breakfast Plan) - Room plus breakfast with a complimentary upgrade to MAP for all stays of 3 nights or more, based on double occupancy, which includes afternoon tea and multi-course dinner.

The 14 Superior Rooms are housed in 8 semi-detached cottages. Each cottage includes a beautiful and spacious bedroom, well-appointed bathroom, and a screened patio. Superior rooms sleep two in either king size or twin beds (which are available upon request).

The ten Deluxe Suites are found in seven semi-detached cottages, each of which includes a full bedroom, separate inviting living room, patio, and spacious full bath. Deluxe Suites sleep two in either king size or twin beds (available upon request) and have an additional queen sized sofa-bed in a separate living room area.

The 12 Premier Jr. Suites at Nisbet Plantation include a living room area, spacious full bath, wet bar, and open patio. These units are nestled together in groups of four. Premier Junior Suites sleep two in either king bed or twin beds (which is available upon request) and have an additional queen sized sleep sofa-bed.
