Located on 30 spacious beachfront acres on the beautiful island of Nevis, Nisbet Plantation Beach Club was originally built as a sugar plantation in 1778. Despite the property's size, there are still only 36 elegantly appointed guest rooms to provide an unparalleled sense of privacy and freedom.

Nevis, in the Leeward Islands of the NE Caribbean, is two miles southeast of its sister island, St. Kitts. A cloud crowned 3,232-ft. volcanic peak dominates Nevis.

It was Columbus, on his voyage in 1493. who imagined the clouds to be snow and named the island "Nuestra Senora de las Nieves" (Our Lady of the Snows) - which has been shortened over the years to Nevis (Nee-vis). Nisbet Plantation Beach Club is situated on thirty acres of an old plantation, edging the island's reef-protected shore with a white sand beach.
