Las Brisas

There are landscaped gardens around the house, in a very quiet, peaceful and tranquil. Las Brisas is situated only ten minutes away from beaches and the town.

The main part of the house is a great room that is approximately 30 sq. ft with 30 foot high ceilings. There is a separate well equipped kitchen that is in one corner, with a dining area occupying the rest of the space. The large plantation style table seats ten.

There is an entertainment area (with cable TV, DVD player, indoor/outdoor speakers, and comfortable sitting area with sofas, chairs and coffee table). Three large shuttered doorways gives you access to the large covered porch with panoramic views to the south. 
The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel fridge/freezer with ice and water in the door, general five burner gas cook top, convection oven, coffee maker, toaster oven, microwave, blender and lots of cookware, dishes, cutlery, glasses etc.

There is a small patio with table chairs and market umbrella situated on the outside of the kitchen. The large balcony faces south and has two area for dining and space for relaxing, below there is a fifty four by ten foot lap pool ( up to six  ft. deep) with a sun deck.

A laundry with washer and dryer resides in a basement - the maid will do light personal laundry. The house voltage is 110/60 (as in North America), with solar power heating the water.

Maid service is provided on weekday mornings (except holidays), pool maintenance is twice weekly and there is a part time gardener.

Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made more than 90 days prior to confirmed arrival incur a 10% of total rent cancellation charge.
- Cancellations made betweeen 89-60 days prior to check-in date incur a 25% of total rent cancellation charge.
- Cancellations made between 59-30 days prior arrival incur a 50% of total rent cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made within 29 days of arrival incur a 100% of total rent canellation fee.
- If the house is rebooked for the same period after a cancellation notice is received, only 10% charge is levied.

Other disclosures:
- A minimum of seven night stay is required.
- There is a 50% deposit required to secure booking.
- Final payment balance including security deposit of $USD200.00 is due 30 days prior to arrival.
