Condos At Nelson's Spring

For these condos the beautiful coconut-lined beachfront is steeped in history. This area known as Nelson's Spring is named after British Admiral Lord Horatio Nelson who would stop at the spring to take on fresh water for his ships during the 1700's. Still active today, this unspoiled freshwater spring is host to the snowy egret, blue heron and many other shore birds who nest in the nearby trees.

This whole ecological area will be maintained in its entirety and the development is landscaped to preserve and encourage flora and fauna to flourish in their natural environment.

All rates are quoted in U.S. dollars. Rates do not include the 9% government tax.

Rentals are one week minimum, extra days will be charged at a fifth of weekly rental.

Local currency is East Caribbean dollars. US dollars are also accepted. All visitors must travel with a valid passport.

The Condos consist of two and three bedrooms. Two sets of two units have intercommunicating facilities to make a 2 x four bedroom units. They are beautifully furnished and equipped to the highest standard. The kitchen is fully fitted with appliances including dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.
